REFUND POLICY
A 7-DAY RETURN POLICY applies to all services involving a one-time payment and offered within movetocascais.com. This means that as a Customer, you have the right to request a 100% refund within the first 7 days of purchase. This is a seven-day risk-free guarantee. The refund period starts from the day of service purchase, unless otherwise stated.
If the seven-day refund period has expired, Cascata de Luxo, LDA will not be required to issue a refund and any refund requests will be considered for approval prior to any refund being considered.
